Meet Kelly

Independent support, grounded in experience.

I'm Kelly, a Social Worker and the founder of Lilac Coordination, established in May 2026.

I provide independent NDIS Specialist Support Coordination and Social Work support to self-managed and plan-managed participants. I work alongside participants, families and their support networks to make navigating the NDIS feel clearer, more manageable and person-centred.

Before establishing Lilac Coordination, I worked as a Social Worker across Modbury Hospital and Lyell McEwin Hospital, primarily supporting older people experiencing dementia and complex circumstances. I also bring more than three years of experience working in Support Coordination through other NDIS providers, giving me a strong understanding of the practical challenges participants and families can face when navigating the NDIS.

My experience extends beyond my professional roles. Having grown up as a young carer, I have a personal understanding of the pressures that caring responsibilities can place on individuals and families. This has shaped the way I approach my work — recognising the importance of listening to carers, understanding family dynamics and considering the needs of the whole support network, not just the NDIS plan.

Why Lilac Coordination?

I established Lilac Coordination in May 2026 with the goal of providing a more personal and independent approach to Support Coordination.

I believe effective Support Coordination is about more than connecting people with services. It's about taking the time to understand each person's circumstances, identifying what is and isn't working, bringing the right people together and helping participants move forward with greater clarity, choice and confidence.
